From the minute you step into the house, to walking up the stair column flanked by its two long vertical corner windows, to the atrium bridge, to all three bedrooms, to the ensuite bathrooms, you can admire the views of the Caribbean Ocean, Taylor Bay, or the Chalk Sound.
The house is designed with the ability to cross-ventilate, by leaving windows and doors open. Internal windows in the bedrooms allow cross ventilation from the bedroom into the atrium. The atrium is then able to purge heat build-up via the high-level windows. With this clever design, the house truly offers a seamless indoor-outdoor living space, pretty much all year round.
